Walter Jones launches weekly segment to advise high school athletes

NFL Hall of Famer and former Seattle Seahawks player Walter Jones has partnered with WAFF-TV Sports Director Carl Prather for a weekly segment titled “Words With Walter.” The program airs every Wednesday during the high school football season.

In each episode, Jones discusses what student-athletes experience during summer and summer practices throughout the season, addressing both on-field and off-field aspects.

The series aims to provide insight into the lives of high school football players, particularly focusing on the challenges they face in preparing for and participating in their sport. Viewers can follow new episodes through the regular season.
