Troy Aikman, the former Dallas Cowboys quarterback, has announced a new career step for his daughter, Ally. On Monday, Aikman shared an Instagram story featuring Ally and her new colleagues at Andrews Distributing, marking her first major career move. “WELCOME FLIGHT CREW! Can’t wait to see what you can accomplish… Let’s go Ally!” he wrote.

Ally Aikman, a Southern Methodist University graduate, has been preparing for this role by gaining experience in marketing and branding. She has also worked alongside her father in his business ventures post-NFL. Her involvement with Andrews Distributing aligns with her father’s connections in the beverage industry.

Andrews Distributing is a key player in beverage distribution and has previously collaborated with Troy Aikman’s beer company, EIGHT. The company welcomed Ally with a video on their Instagram story showing her first day at the office.

Troy Aikman expressed gratitude towards Andrews Distributing CEO Mike McGuire for supporting his beer brand EIGHT: “There wouldn’t have been EIGHT without this guy… Thank you Mike McGuire for believing in EIGHT but more than that, thank you for your years of friendship.”

Ally’s entry into Andrews Distributing is seen as part of a legacy partnership cultivated by her father. This move strengthens the family’s ties within the beverage industry as EIGHT continues to expand across Texas and beyond.

Aikman was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2006 after leading the Cowboys to three Super Bowl victories during the 1990s.
