The Seattle Seahawks have been home to some of the best players in the NFL during the 21st century. While they may not have been the top team in the league over the past 25 years, there has been significant football success worth celebrating in the Pacific Northwest.

ESPN recently created an All Quarter-Century team to honor the best players in the league from the last 25 years. Devin Hester was named as the top return specialist since 2000. Although he is primarily known for his eight seasons with the Chicago Bears, Hester concluded his career with a brief stint at the Seahawks in 2016, participating in two postseason games.

Comparing these players can be challenging due to their different positions. Both Hutchinson and Hester are already Hall of Famers, while others may join them eventually. Despite Hester’s limited time with Seattle, he remains recognized as one of the NFL’s greatest return specialists.
