At 77, former Pittsburgh Steelers player Mel Blount maintains a rigorous workout routine. Blount, who had an illustrious career as a cornerback, starts his day with a 5 am workout, including exercises like double-loaded band squats. “Discipline doesn’t retire,” he said on social media.

During his career, Blount recovered 13 fumbles and intercepted 57 passes. He was chosen by the Pittsburgh Steelers with the 53rd overall pick in the third round of the 1970 draft.
