British comedy actor Joe Thomas is set to appear at Exmouth Pavilion next month, where he will share stories from his time on “The Inbetweeners.” The event, scheduled for September 18, comes seventeen years after the sitcom first aired in 2008, which brought Thomas recognition for his role as Simon Cooper.
Thomas is also known for his performances in “Fresh Meat” and “White Gold,” having established a reputation for playing characters that audiences find relatable. At the Exmouth event, Thomas will discuss his career journey from participating in Cambridge Footlights to gaining wider fame. Attendees can look forward to behind-the-scenes anecdotes and a live question-and-answer session focused on the making of “The Inbetweeners.”
“The Inbetweeners” ran for three series and was followed by two films. It received praise for its humor and portrayal of teenage experiences. The popularity of the show continues to influence the careers of its cast members, such as Simon Bird and James Buckley.
Tickets are priced at £25 and are available through the Exmouth Pavilion Box Office.
