Hallmark has completed production on “Holiday Touchdown: A Bills Love Story,” a new film featuring several members of the Buffalo Bills and notable Hallmark stars. The movie, which follows the success of Hallmark’s previous football-themed film “Holiday Touchdown: A Chief’s Love Story,” will premiere during the 2025 holiday season, though a specific release date has not been announced.

In an interview with USA Today Sports, Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen commented on the upcoming film. While Allen does not appear in the movie, he expressed interest in watching it to support his teammates. Allen said, “I think I’ll watch it. There’s gonna be a lot of teammates in the movie. So, I know that they were nervous about it and had some lines, but I’m sure it’s going to turn out pretty good.” He also stated, “We’ll throw it on. We’ll watch it.”

Fan engagement surrounding the film has grown following video clips shared by Allen on social media platforms like TikTok. Some viewers mentioned plans to watch the movie regardless of their usual preferences for Hallmark productions.

The cast includes Holland Roden, Matthew Daddario, Tracy Pollan, Joe Pantoliano and Patti Murin in lead roles. Andrew Walker will make a cameo appearance as well. According to WIVB, several current Buffalo Bills players—Joshua Palmer, DeWayne Carter, Reid Ferguson, Dawson Knox, Dion Dawkins, Ray Davis and Damar Hamlin—will be featured in cameo roles alongside head coach Sean McDermott.

Additionally, legendary Buffalo Bills alum Jim Kelly is set to appear in the film along with other special guests from the team’s history.

The Hallmark Channel released its first sneak peek at “Holiday Touchdown: A Bills Love Story” in July; more details about broadcast dates are expected soon.
