The Cleveland Browns are set to face the Los Angeles Rams in NFL Preseason Week 3, with the matchup scheduled for August 23, 2025, at Huntington Bank Field in Cleveland. The game is of particular interest this year due to the Browns’ ongoing quarterback situation and veteran Joe Flacco being named the starter for this final preseason contest.

Coverage of the event will be available nationally on NFL Network and locally through Cleveland’s WEWS News 5 and Los Angeles’ KABC. On radio, fans can tune into several stations including 850 ESPN Cleveland, 92.3 The Fan WKRK, 98.5 WNCX, and Spanish-language coverage on 89.1 FM La Mega.

Chris Rose will lead play-by-play commentary for Cleveland television viewers. He is joined by Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinee Joe Thomas as color analyst and Aditi Kinkhabwala as sideline reporter. Rose has been active in sports media since hosting “The Best Damn Sports Show Period” and later worked with FOX Sports before moving into football announcing roles.

Thomas joins as a prominent figure for Browns supporters, recognized as a six-time All-Pro and ten-time Pro Bowl selection since being drafted by the franchise in its modern era reactivation. His career includes an NFL record for most consecutive snaps played at 10,363.

Kinkhabwala brings nearly ten years of experience working with NFL Network and has become established among fans as a sideline reporter.

On radio broadcasts in Cleveland, Andrew Siciliano provides play-by-play duties alongside Nathan Zegura as color analyst and Je’Rod Cherry reporting from the sidelines. Siciliano has more than two decades of industry experience, notably hosting “NFL Sunday Ticket Red Zone” on DirecTV for eighteen years and contributing to NFL Network.

Zegura shifted from political science into sports media, making his mark through fantasy football analysis and now hosting the “Cleveland Browns Daily” podcast.

Cherry was a second-round draft pick in the 1996 NFL Draft who played safety for both the New Orleans Saints and New England Patriots—earning three Super Bowl rings before transitioning into broadcasting. He became part of WKNR AM 850’s team in Cleveland starting in 2009 and was elevated to main broadcast team status as a sideline analyst in 2022.

Kevin Stefanski spoke about quarterback plans: “Joe Flacco will start vs #Rams, starters 25-30 plays, Dillon Gabriel will play second and Shedeur Sanders third – via @MaryKayCabot(…)” as cited by Cleveland Sports Talk on August 22, 2025.

Fans have multiple options to follow Saturday’s action featuring significant storylines for both organizations heading into the regular season.
